Exerting Will
Words are cheap if there is no action behind them. It takes the will and strength of mind to put forth what you say. This is why many goals people make go to the way side because they are not exerting their will. If you want to complete any goal, the first step is to start. In other words, the first step is to exert your will. Don't judge what you are doing, just do it! Your actions will immediate begin to form something in reality, but patience is key. It is far too easy to say things without meaning them, or to say things without following up with action. The good news is; it's an easy habit to break if you stop this habitual flow. If you are intimidated to try something new, then take this amazing opportunity to step into your fear and face it wholeheartedly. Look forward to the chance to do this because you will grow in leaps and bounds. Exert your will and make that first baby step...it doesn't matter how far you go, because the next step you take you'll be even closer to where you want to be!
